GENERAL

Getting a commission from me means that you have agreed to these terms!I have the right to reject a request if I feel it is something I can't deliver or am uncomfortable with.Do not claim the commission as your own work, edit it or resell it.I retain the display rights, meaning I'm allowed to promote the artworks on all platforms, use it as a sample, and show the process of making the artworks on any websites or platforms, unless previously agreed otherwise.I hold the copyright to my artworks only, the copyright of the characters involved remain intact to the respective owners.You CANNOT use my artwork for any Artificial intelligence or AI related activity under any circumstances.You CANNOT use my artwork for any NFT ( Non Fungible Token ) related activity under any circumstances.I have the right to refuse to accept your commission

RevisionsI will provide regular updates throughout each step of the illustration process to avoid misunderstandings and prevent major revisions that could affect the final price. This approach ensures full transparency and a healthy communication between myself and the client and it also helps me deliver the best possible results.However, if major revisions are requested that require redoing an entire step of the workflow, an additional fee of 50% of the base price for the selected commission will be charged per step that needs to be redone.Deadline and deliveryThe turnaround time for an order is determined based on each client’s specific requirements. Typically, the turnaround time ranges from 1 week to 2 months (starting from the date work begins on your order). After reviewing your request, I will provide you with a specific completion date, or you may specify your own deadline (rush orders can be completed for an additional fee). I will deliver the finished work by the specified deadline, and, if possible, earlier.
Upon completion, the work will be delivered to you in high-resolution JPEG or PNG format.Commercial useThere will be an increased cost for monetized/commercial licensing (book covers, book illustrations, prints, merchandise etc) of 2x of the base price for the commission chosen. Similarly, merchandise licensing will be charged 2x of the base price for the commission chosen.CommunicationThe client and me will be communicating via DMs (direct messages) through the client’s choice.
